I am Maurice Hoeck, your independent energy consultant and architect with a passion for buildings worth preserving.

I am convinced that we can make an important contribution to environmental protection and energy saving by renovating existing buildings (or by design efficient new ones).

As an entrepreneur, I am always on the lookout for fresh ideas and innovative concepts that are both sustainable and cost-saving. With my knowledge and experience, I can help you to design and implement these concepts in reality.

I am happy to work with you to turn your building into a sustainable and energy-efficient home, through individual measures or through a step-by-step renovation to a final modernized building.

I would also be happy to assist you on age-appropriate living, barrier-free living and residential design in general.

Of course, I will support you from the initial idea through to implementation.

I would like to help you reduce your (and my) ecological footprint and at the same time reduce your energy costs and 'burn' less money in the process.

The federal government and local authorities also offer additional support in form of grants. I can also help and support you with these forms.

My radius of activity lies within the triangle** between the beautiful region in Southern Palatinate, the cities of Mannheim and Karlsruhe. It can be extended in special cases.
